I am really passionate about teaching Biology, Food Microbiology, HACCP studies and Food Safety.
A bright and experienced food safety & quality management graduate, passionate problem solver who has a keen interest in the food business sector. I have a Masters in Food Safety and Quality from Manchester University and I am currently doing my second Masters in Food Business Management. I studied Biological Science with Bio-pharmaceutical science in Carlow IT. Previous work experiences in a food environment with the responsibilities to ensure that all products and processes are safe and in compliance with specifications, statutory obligations and best industry practices.
