About
I received an A1 in my Leaving Cert (H1 equivalent nowadays... I'm getting old!!) and I decided to continue to study French at a university level. I completed a four year degree in Law and French in UCC receiving a First Class Honours. During my studies I lived, worked and studied in Montpellier for one year which was a fantastic opportunity to improve my level in French. I loved this experience so much that I returned after my degree for five months where I worked on a campsite in St. Tropez.
To sum up: I'm pretty passionate about languages. I'm a proud Gaelgóir and I recently began learning Italian. Words cannot describe my love for languages - each language is another medium for us as humans to express ourselves and I think it is wonderful that we have that opportunity in school.
