About
I use a variety of methodologies in my tutoring, based on the learning style and needs of the student. I like to focus on oral Irish in particular for exam students to help build fluency for orals
I like to adopt a student-centred approach in my teaching because I feel that children must be relaxed and happy in their learning in order for learning to take place :)
-I have a BEd in primary school teaching through Mary I
-BA in Irish
-12 years teaching experience
-7 years teaching in a Gaelscoil
-have prepared students for Junior and Leaving Cert
-have prepared Uni level students for interviews in Irish, as well as preparing students for the TEG exams for their PME
-qualification in TEFL and have taught English to international students from all over the world.
