I hold primary degrees in Russian/French and German/Spanish. I have lived and worked in Russia, France and Austria and I speak all four languages fluently. In addtion, I speak Italian, Irish and Portuguese and I have taught Irish to Junior and Leaving Certificate students up to Ordinary Level at Leaving Certificate.

I am passionate about languages, and now with the imminent departure of the UK from the EU, a knowledge and competence in European languages is more important than ever.

I hold an Honours BA in Russian & French from the University of Dublin, Trinity College and an Honours BA in German & Spanish from The Open University.
I hold a Masters in Conference Translation & Interpreting from the University of Bath and a Higher Diploma in Education from the University of Dublin, Trinity College.

I have been working as a secondary school teacher since I qualified in 2004. I have taught French, German and Spanish to Leaving Certificate Higher Level and French, German, Spanish and Irish to Junior Certificate at Higher Level.
