About

I graduated from Trinity College University of Dublin with a First Class Honours degree in German Language and Theatre Studies. My degree has given me a vast insight into German literature while living in Germany has given me a grasp of the language and the culture that goes beyond the book. Being surrounded by the language day-in-day-out means oral skills are my top priority. Often disregarded in the class room, my goal is to put each student at ease speaking the language.
My work in the theatre has shown me the importance of all kinds of learning techniques and has given me the skills to meet the needs of all kinds of learners, no two the same.
I’m a strong believer in facing the curriculum and the examination process head-on and working towards the goals at hand.
No matter how young or old, I look forward to helping each individual find their way through this fantastic language.

Alongside my work as a German teacher, I am a lecturer of Advanced Conversational English at the University of Rostock, Germany.
