About

I have just finished my first year of school placement teaching Irish, History, and CSPE (including Learning Support classes) in a second-level Gaelscoil as part of my master’s in secondary school teaching in UCD (Professional Masters of Education – PME).

I achieved an A1 in Higher Level Irish myself in 2015 (equivalent of a H1 today). Having attended an Irish speaking school for my entire life up to Leaving Cert I am very passionate about the language.
I recently completed a TTEG course (skilled in teaching Irish-medium education) recently with NUI Galway Irish-medium education.

I hold a 2.1 (Hons.) undergraduate degree in History from Trinity College Dublin.

I have also worked in a primary school as an SNA, helping children one on one who had problems in the class.

I have given grinds over the course of at least a few months for Leaving Certificate Irish Higher Level to three different students, all online.
